Dale has been in the industry for 50 years ranging from Hotels, Restaurants and Steakhouses. Dale’s Place and Dale’s Black Angus has taken up most of those years.

Now, Harvest Culture Eaterie. People’s eating habits has changed, with people been more healthy and conscious of what they consume. Harvest Culture offers a fresh, high quality and sustainable standard of produce that is full of the nutritional value to our guests.

Mitchell has been in the service industry for over 20 years and brings passion, competency and a knowledge of wine appreciation. He is the driving force of the duo and will strive to give you a memorable experience.
